Sales and Retentions AdvisorA top UK insurer with ambitious growth plans is increasing head count and looking to recruit a new member for the customer services team. We are looking to hire a Sales and Retentions Advisor on a permanent basis.�The main function of this role is to�sell insurance products, support the customer's online sales journey & retain customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies.
This role offers Hybrid working and Monday to Friday only.
�Key Responsibilities:�- Sell insurance policies to to new and existing customers.�
- Maximise sales opportunities primarily through inbound channels however some outbound selling may also be required.�
- Liaising with customers to be able to identify and respond to their needs, resolving queries by liaising with any relevant parties, both internal and external.
- Deliver good outcomes for both customer and company policy.�
- Handle objections effectively, in order to retain customers and offer them the best deals for them.�
Key Skills:�
- Previous customer service experience.
- Sound experience working towards performance and sales targets.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- The ability to communicate effectively.
- An Intermediate level of Excel and Word.
