Metalis are working alongside a UK Leading Testing's company who are looking for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join their friendly team in Derby.

This is a temporary ongoing position with a potential view to go permanent for the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales & purchase orders
  • Using Sage 50 Accounts software
  • Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Booking out customer orders, ensuring they are ready for delivery
  • Liasing with a variety of departments within the company

The successful candidate:

  • Will have previous administration experience
  • Be proficient with Sage 50 Accounts
  • Computer literate with experience in all Microsoft Packages
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good timekeeping
  • Ability to prioritise their day and use own initiative

Shifts / Salary:

  • �11.50ph - �12.50ph (dependent on skill sets)
  • Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) - 3:30pm finish on a Friday
  • Temporary ongoing
