Role requirements:
Daily calls to prospective property owners
Manage property listings and related assets
Qualify and liaise with clients on their property requirements and provide market advice
Negotiate and close deals
Prepare contracts and all necessary documents
What you will need:
Demonstrated success in real estate
A passion for real estate and willingness to learn
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Self motivated and highly driven work ethic
A collaborative, proactive and energetic attitude
