An experienced and professional Sales & Marketing Manager is required for our FMCG company which will be based at their Enfield facility and reporting to the Commercial Director. This is a great opportunity to work for a very well-established business in the food ingredients industry. Must be a car driver as you will be required to go and meet potential and new customers.

Role Responsibilities:
Development : Expand retail sales within the grocery market, focusing on sustainable and profitable growth.
Management : Ensure effective management of accounts, maintaining them within acceptable credit terms.
Promotion : Drive the marketing strategies for our clients brand, enhancing its market presence and customer engagement.
Sales and Marketing Candidate Profile:
track record in sales , preferably within the retail sector, demonstrating the ability to develop and expand sales channels.
Planning:
Exceptional organizational skills with a structured and strategic approach to sales.
Insight : Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends and dynamics.
Skills:
High proficiency in computer literacy and modern sales tools. Good knowledge of customer portals.
Service : Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ethic:
Self-motivated and industrious, with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
