Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Identify factors shaping the hotel's appeal to customers through thorough market research and customer feedback analysis
Monitor customer reviews across various platforms to gather insights into the hotel's strengths and weaknesses
Develop and maintain an attractive and informative website to provide guests with up-to-date information on hotel facilities, rates, and location
