Job description
Key Tasks
Distribution
- Distribution / sales strategies to be implemented in line with Brand Manager strategy
- Support the field teams in their daily operation activities.
- Develop and build relationships with Key Accounts, arranging regular meetings and training.
- Ensure trading agreements for the brand accounts are in line with company policy.
- Constantly look to improve our position within store and work with marketing manager to establish, explore and exploit all marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the maintenance of all paperwork relating to the opening and closure of all key and independent accounts.
- Assist the Marketing team with Shop in Shop program for all doors.
- Supervise the merchandising of customers in line with the marketing policy
- Pricing of products according to the international pricing policy of the brand and in line with defined SG and OMEGA policy in the country
Analysis
- To provide to the brand manager all necessary KPIs of the brand.
- To provide detailed sales analysis (sell-in and sell-out) of both retail and wholesale.
- Forecasting and reporting of sales on a monthly basis.
- Support the brand manager in the preparation and monitoring of the annual sales forecasts and objectives for all the brand.
- Manage the flow of data and communicate sales information to the field team.
- Management and control of sales orders.
- Provide sales admin with full details of ranges, orders and forecasted deliveries.
Marketing & Communication
- Prepare with the help of the Marketing Manager and PR manager the marketing and communication plans for the country
- Local application of the communication concept for the brand with the support of the Marketing Manager and PR manager
- Ensure corporate objectives are achieved and a high level of communication is maintained internally and externally.
- Communicate all account initiatives, ranges and sales data to internal and external departments.
- Establish good lines of communication with Customers, Head Office and Management always attempting to understand their relevant functions.
Retail
- Implement with the advice of the Brand Manager the international retail strategy based on the guidelines and recommendations of the OMEGA HQ.
- Build relationship with local estate agents / landlords to have a good knowledge about the retail environment in the country
- Manage the OMEGA Retail team and put in place the necessary structure, procedures and tools to motivate the employees Human Resources
- Hiring and managing the sales force, marketing and PR employees, retail employees and other brand team member following the advices of the Brand Manager
- With the support of the Brand Manager, set objectives for the employees and motivate / support / coach them to achieve their goals
- With the support of the local HRBP and OMEGA HQ prepare the necessary training programme to ensure the employees have the necessary skills to fulfil their duties
Customer Service
- Be the point of contact for any customer service issue related to the brands ensuring the proper responses are provided and when necessary escalate a complaint to the brand manager.
- Follow up the ageing report for the open repairs with the support of the local Head of CS to ensure the TAT set by the brand are met.
