Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Due to their expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our clients reputable Estate Agency in Newcastle.
You will be working 40 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdayswith a set day off during the week.The company offer a negotiable starting salary circa £23k - £25k pa plus commission, leading to anOTE circa £28k pa, company pension and holidays.
You will be a highly motivated individual able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will play a key role within the branch, so its essential you are able to organise and manage your time effectively to maximise your potential within the role.
Duties will include:
-Generating viewings and valuations
-Property negotiations for both sales and lettings
-Liaising with clients both face to face and by telephone
-Financial and legal referrals
-Other general admin tasks as appropriate to the role.
You will possess:
-At least one years relevant experience
-Be IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Applications
-A full UK drivers licence
