Sales and Lettings Administrator – Hampstead, NW3

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Sales and Lettings Administrator to join our Client based in Hampstead, NW3.

You will be assisting the sales and lettings team, so you will need to be a highly organised person with a passion for administration, a can do attitude and the ability to multi task and prioritise a varied workload.

An excellent telephone manner is required and personable disposition as you may be the first point of contact for clients entering the agency. You will have good communication skills and be able to liaise with people at all levels and have high standard of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Assisting two busy Sales and Lettings Directors with booking viewings and their day to day diary management.

* Registering new applicants on our CRM.

* Updating our social media platforms.

* Preparing sales and lettings terms of business.

* Requesting AML documents and carrying out AML checks in line with our company policies.

* Preparing property window cards.

* Occasionally you may be required to:

* Occasionally preparing lettings agreements and starting the references for new applicants to looking to rent.

* Visit lettings properties for pre-tenancy checks and safety checks.

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
Proven track record in property administration would be beneficial.
Candidates should have a minimum of one-two years’ administrative experience.
Should be confident, well-presented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Previous experience using our property software Acquaint would be advantageous but not essential as training can be provided.
This role involves working under pressure therefore candidates must be able to multi-task.
Driving license preferable

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Salary range will be:
£25,000 to 28,000 depending on experience
