Location:

Outskirts of Malton

Contract:

Full time, Permanent contract

Salary:

From £26,000 (Depending on experience)

Our client is a leading company in providing top-quality products and services to customers around the globe. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Export Administrator to join our client’s team.

Responsibilities:

Receive despatch paperwork from warehouse.

Enter PO onto visual ERP system.

Receiving customer PO and prepare for entry onto system.

Inform operations/despatch of collections, quoting relevant consignment numbers.

Booking customer deliveries

Raise and send UK sales invoices.

General administration

Key Skills:

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS office and excel.

Strong problem-solving skills.
