Create has partnered with a stunning, luxury Womenswear brand, popular on the red carpet and with A-listers too. Our client is known for their timeless aesthetic and use of beautiful of fabrics and colours.
Our client is hiring for a Virtual Sales Specialist to ensure all clients receive excellent customer service, assisting with order placement and queries.
Whilst you will be establishing and managing your client portfolio you will actively work the client database to identify new development opportunities.
You will be responsible for the entire client experience from placing orders, exchanges, and refunds in addition to resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner.
This role is suited to an individual who has previous experience within luxury retail, either as senior sales or within personal shopping.
