Are you passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer experiences? Our client, a dynamic and innovative leading supplier committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team in Ammanford!

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring that customers receive expert guidance and support throughout their shopping journey.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales targets and meet frame number goals within a defined region.
• Communicate promptly with customers to ensure timely completion of quotes, meeting response time targets.
• Achieve set targets for follow-up on quotes, actively converting them into orders through regular and timely customer contact.
• Collaborate closely with RSM External Sales to collectively achieve all sales targets effectively.
• Maintain meticulous records of order and quote enquiries, ensuring they are monitored from inception to completion with clear and accurate information for customer trend analysis.
• Support customer visits, share product information, and represent the business professionally at exhibitions and events.
