• Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints, from appointments to delivery.
• Harness technology to enhance interactions and streamline processes.
• Actively promote the brand in the local community through events and social media.
• Drive sales of vehicles, services, and accessories while upholding brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a world-class customer journey.
• Support sales management and contribute to business growth through strategic initiatives.
