Sales Advisor

Monday - Friday 09:00am to�6:00pm and 10:00am to 7:00pm

Starting salary �23,800 + bonus

Full Training given - this can be considered an entry level role

This hugely successful company based in Rugby is looking for an entry level sales/ customer service advisor.�

You will follow a script and speak to and listen to customers and based on their needs you will offer them a policy. You will update the internal CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) IT system.You will also arrange payments either on the phone, via bacs or direct debit.

The candidate we are looking for must have a claer concise telephone manner and confident IT skills. You must have worked in a high energy, fast paced environment..

GCSE's (or equivalent)�in English and Maths are essential.
