Sales Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting recent graduates or those who are looking to start their career within sales. Our client is an award-winning financial services provider in Swindon who are looking for ambitious and driven people to join their business.

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is required, experience in a sales environment is advantageous but is not necessary.

The salary for this position is �24,485 per annum and also contains uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

• Maximising sales by contacting exisitng customers (warm leads)
• Working towards targets as you demonstrate the ethos of sales through services
• Speaking and building a rapport with a variety of customers
• Reporting, monitoring and analysing key information to maximise sales income
• Maintaining all customer records and managing information

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor:

• Experience in retail or hospitality is required
• Proven track record in sales is desirable
• You must be organised and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to build effective relationships is essential
• Ability to work towards targets
