The role:
* Conducting inbound and outbound calls with customers looking for a secured loan
* Carrying out an initial fact-find before passing on the call to a qualified advisor.
* Assessing suitability and building rapport with customers.
* Maintaining compliance and achieving KPI's
About you:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in a Customer Service or Sales role, such as Sales Advisor, New Business Coordinator, Business Development, New Business Adviser or Sales Executive.
* Background knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel
