A human-sized team supports the brand's growth.
Lanvin is looking for a full time Sales Advisor for its boutique located in London.
Key Responsabilities
- Provide an excellent sales experience to customers by demonstrating a deep understanding of the products, history and values ​​of Lanvin brand
- Ability to welcome and manage the needs of an local and international clientele
- Build customer loyalty by providing adequate and personalized advice
- Collaborate in the correct management of stock and deliveries
- Know and know how to apply all the required procedures
- Work proactively in the team
- Use training and knowledge of the collection and our clientele to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Knowledge and understanding of the main KPIs
- Maintain high visual standards on the layout and shop windows.
Profil
- Work experience as a Client Advisor in the luxury retail
- Excellent service orientation, ability to create an excellent relationship with the customer and to understand their needs and expectations
- Knowing how to work in a team in a professional, collaborative and constructive way
- Knowing how to manage stress and have a good attitude for problem solving
- Demonstrate flexibility and attitude for multitasking
- Knowledge of cash transactions
Lanvin is looking for a sales advisor from August 2024 for a period of one year.
