Actio Technical Recruitment are delighted to be assisting our Poole based manufacturing client with their search for a Sales Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will:
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts (approx. 15-20), serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives – providing daily and weekly updates.
• Produce labour costings and accurately load sales orders into internal system
• Hosting client meetings and attend exhibitions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and production, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Conducting contract reviews with other internal departments
About You
Experience in a similar Sales Administrator, Account Management or Customer Service role is essential.
Training will be provided, but familiarity with an Electronics, Manufacturing or Production environment is desirable.
• Confident telephone manner
• Good IT skills – including Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Positive attitude
• Work well individually and as part of a team
Pay and Hours
Permanent, Full-time – Early finish Friday!
