Ideally you must be available to start immediately. (A part-time Sales Administrator position is a possibility but not ideal).Since 1995, Newbody Fitness has been one of the market leaders in designing and supplying innovative gym solutions for a wide range of clients, including the NHS, The Police, The Army, CBRE and Paramount Films to name a few, and we now have an opening for an experienced Sales Administrator.Sales Administrator Job Description:Receive customer enquiries via telephone and emailCustomer liaison before, during and after salesProduce customer quotations and following up on theseObtaining quotations from suppliers for parts/materialsRaising purchase ordersRaising customer invoicesChasing paymentsDiary management and co-ordination of the site engineer visits and production of necessary paperworkProduce post site visit reportsCustomer ServiceThe ideal Sales Administrator will need the following:Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a professional telephone mannerMinimum of 12 months experience within a sales administrative role is essentialKeen eye for detailMust be PC literate and proficient in Microsoft packages with a strong knowledge of Excel. Ideally able to use simple design package/ keen & able to learn new packageMust be able to work on own initiativeHighly organised with the ability to work to deadlinesEfficient and able to multi-task with the ability to maintain excellent organisation in the workplaceFluent in English
