Since 1995, Newbody Fitness has been one of the market leaders in designing and supplying innovative gym solutions for a wide range of clients, including the NHS, The Police, The Army, CBRE and Paramount Films to name a few.
We are now looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our small but friendly team at this well-established company based in Temple Grafton, on the edge of Stratford upon Avon. Our smart modern office is located in idyllic rural surroundings with easy access and free parking.
This is a permanent position that would suit someone who is looking for a full-time role that is varied and interesting. Ideally you must be available to start immediately. (Part-time position a possibility but not ideal)
Job Description:
Receive customer enquiries via telephone and email
Customer liaison before, during and after sales
Produce customer quotations and following up on these
Obtaining quotations from suppliers for parts/materials
Raising purchase orders
Raising customer invoices
Chasing payments
Diary management and co-ordination of the site engineer visits and production of necessary paperwork
Produce post site visit reports
Customer Service
The ideal Sales Administrator will need the following:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a professional telephone manner
Minimum of 12 months experience within a sales administrative role is essential
Keen eye for detail
Must be PC literate and proficient in Microsoft packages with a strong knowledge of Excel. Ideally able to use simple design package/ keen & able to learn new package
Must be able to work on own initiative
Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
Efficient and able to multi-task with the ability to maintain excellent organisation in the workplace
Fluent in English
