A Manufacturing company in Witham require an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team immediately. This is a temporary position (for the right candidate this could go permanent) paying £11.50 - £12.50 per hour working Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (1 hour lunch).*Please note you will need to be able to drive and have a car to get to the location of this job.Main duties for this sales administration position will include but are not limited to:Process orders - quickly, efficiently and dispatched on timeProduce sales order acknowledgements to customers within a timely manor Filing of sales order correspondenceInterpret incoming orders for productsCommunicate with customers via telephone and emailEnsure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely mannerWarranty and repairs administrationSupport accounts with the administration of credit notesKey Skills & Attributes needed to be considered for this position:Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environmentCompetent on ExcelIT skills in standard office software packagesPolite and confident telephone mannerAbility to confidently promote and up-sell productsIf you would like to be considered for this Sales Administrator position and are available immediately, please apply with your CV and Laura will be in touch #officejobs
