Sales Administrator
As a Sales Administrator you will be supporting the sales team that represent the company and services with a view of helping their customers negotiate on the business energy bills, in turn making them more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Working closely with our sales team, it will be your responsibility to assist with full administration of the sales process. Completing tenders, completing sales paperwork and emails to and from suppliers. You will have impeccable customer service and administration skills, along with a willingness to achieve business.

£25,000.00 (rising to £27,000.00 after passing probation)
Monthly bonus (up to £250.00 per month based on KPIs being met)

What you will be doing:
Completion of tenders
Completion of sales paperwork
Complete and update all customer details and sales information on the internal CRM system.
Pricing for energy contracts
Liaise with external suppliers.
Develop and maintain an understanding of government legislation that clients may be required to adhere too.
What you need:
Minimum of 1 years experience in an administrator role
Strong administration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
Treats people with respect under all circumstances.
Agreed SLAs and KPIs are delivered for all CRM case management scenarios.
Comfortable adapting to change, meeting the changing demands of the work environment and responding well to any delays or other unexpected demands.
Works well as part of a team, is open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, gives as well as welcomes feedback, contributes to building team spirit, aids other to succeed.
