We have a new opportunity working as a permanent Sales Administrator for one of key transportation clients based in Oxfordshire.
As a Sales Administrator the role will be to complete the administration of credit control, sales invoicing, and all aspects of the Customer administration.� Liaising with customers, suppliers, and all stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding customer service.�
As a Sales Administrator you will carry out such task as:
- The accurate and effective delivery of the invoicing function including.
- Responding to all invoice and payment queries.
- Ordering stock and arranging customer appointments.
- To adhere to all company processes and procedures that will promote a more efficient and effective department.
- Generation and analysis of supplier orders.
- To ensure the effective and timely response to all customer requests.
- Responsible for monthly carriage invoicing and reporting.
Experience for Sales Administrator
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Computer literate.
