Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established client in Reigate.
You will be expected to maintain an elevated level of customer care whilst supporting customers and the Group with their hardware, software, network and telephone equipment orders.
Sales Administrator
– Main responsibilities:
To take full responsibility for ensuring all orders are processed in line with company policy
Responsible for monitoring and progressing all new orders through to billing via PSA system
Ensuring all orders have the correct information before converting to a ticket or project
Maintaining contract data within the PSA for all customers across the group
Liaise with Account Managers if additional information/equipment required
To manage ‘simple orders via our approved suppliers ensuring timely delivery and billing
For Project based orders, ensuring the order is converted and passed to the correct Project Manager
Monitoring projects and ensuring the order is closed for billing once the project is completed
Sales Administrator
– Key Role-Specific Tasks:
Sale to Cash - Managing Sales Order Processing
Delivery Forecast - Ensure CRM is completed accurately for monthly forecast reports
Order Validation - Accept or Reject orders in line with Company policy
Stakeholder Updates - Develop relationships with the Account Management and Delivery teams
Sales Administrator – Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes:
Competent in use of Microsoft / Office 365
Flexible, ready to get involved and do what is needed to make it happen.
