You will work in a small team with lots of experienced people who can guide you through the company specific products so you won’t be dropped in the deep end.Keywords: Order Processing/Quotations/Customer Skills/Manufacturing/Engineering/Sales Admin/Orders/AdminResponsibilities:Looking after c30 clientsProviding around 15-20 qoutes per month for complex componentsInputting of orders received to commence the manufacturing processLooking for similar historic orders in order to speed up qoutesMaintaining margins (guidance on % given)Converting currency for overseas orders/quotesReferring to design for new and non-standard workBeing the Customer’s voice in meetings promoting priority orders and raising awareness of imminent deadlinesTrack enquiries through the MRP system throughout the sales life cycle and maintaining shared files capturing required information.You:Experienced Sales Order Processor/AdministratorExperience of an Engineering or Manaufacturing environmentHave worked on an MRP/ERP systemUnderstand BOMs (Bill of Materials)Confident when dealing with customers and internallyAble to read a technical drawing an advantageAble to do currency conversion calculationsIn return the company offers a very competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.37 hour week with an 11:45am finish on FridaysThis is an urgent vacancies and interviews will be arranged quickly.If you fit the bill for this and it appeals then please apply now!Copyright 2022 Futures - All Rights Reserved.
