An international sporting goods brand is seeking a Sales Administrator/ Customer Service assistant to join their West London office.The role is focused on order processing, dealing with clients’ enquiries, and administration duties.
MF45666TYPE: Permanent, full timeWORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to FridaySALARY £24KSTART: ASAPLOCATION: West London (hybrid working will be available after probation)Sales Administrator / Customer Service CORE DUTIES:• Process orders and credit and to raise the necessary documentation• Deal with queries from customers or consumers regarding the ordering of products• Raise the necessary collection notes to ensure the timely dispatch of goods and arrange collections• Process returns of products by customers• Liaise with and assist the sales reps to achieve their sales targets• Assist in the stock control• Routine and ad hoc reporting relating to Customer Service operationsSales Administrator / Customer Service IDEAL CANDIDATE:• Administrative experience• Fluency in English• Proficient in MS Office• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Positive attitude and willingness to work for the long term** All applicants for the Sales Administrator / Customer Service must have the right to work in the UK as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
