Job DescriptionSales Admin Manager - Harlow, Essex£37k + Quarterly Bonus This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of the admin department dedicated to delivering outstanding service to National Key Accounts. A brilliant role for someone who is passionate about creating & managing an efficient B2B customer journey and has experience managing a team.Reporting directly to the Sales Director & managing one report, you will be responsible for managing the customer service and administrative operations for national and international business accounts and key national retail accounts.Key Responsibilities:Be the central administrative point of contact for multiple sales channels.Manage and develop a team of sales administrators.Handle inquiries, orders, and escalations.Take control of national account management, from order processing to client communication.Collaborate with wider operations teams to create transparency for stock availability.Lead in reviewing current processes and policies, recommend and implement continuous improvements.Develop robust processes to streamline departmental operations.Requirements:Proven success in running or continuously improving customer service or administrative departments.Proven experience working with B2B customers, ideally national retail accounts experience.Deep understanding of sales and stock forecasting.Proficiency in Salesforce or Zendesk or Dynamics BC1 or SAP.Strong leadership and organisational skills.Offer:Opportunity to shape and professionalise a B2B customer service administrative department.Collaborative environment with supportive leadership.Competitive salary and benefits package including Bonus paid quarterly.Huge career progression opportunities.We want to hear from you if you're ready to take on this exciting challenge with an established global brand and be a key player in our client's success!
