Sales/Account Manager (Huge OTE & Progression to Directorship)
�50,000 - �60,000 base + Commission (�90K+ OTE) + Car Allowance + Structured, Rapid progression to Director roles + Shares + Hybrid Working + Benefits (Pension, Annual leave)
Hybrid role with field work, candidate must be commutable to Exeter
Do you have a background in high value technical sales/account management? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to play a pivotal role in a pioneering and bespoke post-start up business offering genuine progression opportunities and the opportunity to sell high value, critical equipment into a range of interesting industries.
This company have just gone into the production phase with their unique and pioneering product which has huge real world use within the agriculture, oil and gas and water industries. They are already receiving orders but are looking to diversify their portfolio and grow their presence across the UK and oversees, as such they are looking to employ a sales/account manager to drive growth and sales from home and on the road.
This is a rare and exiting role for someone to join the company at its post-start up stage and support the growth of the business, you will join a small team of long standing and highly experienced technical professionals and be given the opportunity to work into director level roles. Days will be a mix of identifying and approaching new business, meeting with clients throughout the uk to provide technical solutions as well while managing relationships with existing accounts.
This is a senior sales role where you will be selling bespoke solutions to the agriculture, water and other industries, knowledge of industry is not necessary however candidate must have a strong engineering sales background and commercial mind with experience in high value technical sales.
