We are looking for an experienced Sales/Account management professional to join our established and successful technology-based business, in this fantastic Sales Account Management role you will be given some customer accounts to manage in a specific area, however you need to deliver new business deals. The primary responsibility of the Sales Contract Account Manager is to work closely with our Customers and the Account Directors to deliver improvements, maximise contract performance and identify additional revenue. The position requires the candidate to understand our customers every need whilst providing excellent customer services and ensuring customer satisfaction.You will liaise with customers over the phone and email as well as attend visits via video link and in person, so complete flexibility is required.A key point to this role will be to identify and develop additional sales opportunities for hardware, software, and affinity partners within the customer accounts you manage. Our business is rapidly growing, and we are offering more solutions that can be upsold to our customers.

Experience and Skills Required
We are ideally looking for Sales professionals ideally within print management or managed IT solutions/Telecoms who have sold lease/finance-based solutions rather than consumables and understands how to manage contracts. If you are a seasoned sales and account management candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt, then we would love to hear from you!
