Role Description:
We're currently hiring for a full-time hybrid or remote Sales Account Manager role. This position entails managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service within the Retail sector.
Responsibilities

• New business generation
• Account management and growth
• Quotations, proposals and contracts
• Opportunity Pipeline Management
• Working to tight deadlines
• Liaising with projects and install teams to ensure installation success
• Assisting at the business trade shows and networking events

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the retail IT services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach
