Measure media quality using attention metrics Adelaide is looking for a Senior Account Director responsible for selling to brands and media agencies. You'll be joining a company making a positive impact on the digital media market using evidence-based metrics to increase the transparency of media quality.This is a great role for someone who can take ownership of challenges, learn fast, and be resilient. A positive and aggressive attitude is essential. This position reports to the Commercial Director of EMEA. We're open to various backgrounds, but please only apply for this role if you have a firm understanding of how digital media works.What You’ll Do and Learn:Sell a new way of rating and measuring media qualityHelp to build and manage relationships across the buy and sell-sideDevelop connections with platforms and publishers while representing the next generation of media quality measurementUnderstand the nuances of current media quality measurement tools (verification, MTA, MMM, etc.)Run a pitch process that can involve publishers, agencies, and brandsWork autonomously and handle accounts from prospecting through pilotRequirements:Deep relationships at agency holding groups and large independent agenciesMinimum 4 years of sales in adtech, measurement, or media analyticsEnjoys prospecting via outreach, referrals, events, or other meansFamiliarity with emerging media technologies and adtechNice to have:Experience selling media measurement a plusWhat we offer:Competitive pay + OTE packageA collaborative and creative atmosphereRecognition and reward for outstanding performanceVacation and holidaysAbout AdelaideBrands and agencies use Adelaide to evaluate digital advertising effectiveness and optimize media on the fly towards more efficient outcomes.We believe that increasing the transparency of media quality is a critical first step toward repairing the damage caused to our industry by bad metrics.Adelaide is well funded (our seed round included Michael Kassan, Jonah Goodhart, Lynda Clarizio, and Irwin Gotlieb) and growing quickly.
