Salaried GP

Manor Drive Medical Centre is a friendly GMS Practice based in Worcester Park, Surrey which is part of Kingston ICB. We have a growing list of 15800 patients. Our surgery is purpose built and spacious with onsite parking and excellent transport links to London.
We are a great team with a very low turnover of staff and are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our friendly team due to the departure of a salaried GP and increasing list size.
We are flexible with sessions and days and offer a very competitive salary.
We would encourage both experienced GPs and those newly or soon to qualify to apply; we can consider waiting for the right prospective team member. We encourage and support training and career development with regular clinical and educational meetings.
We offer 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro rata.
Our team comprises of 3 GP partners, 7 salaried GP’s, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 HCA’s, a Physician’s Associate, 2 mental health practitioners, 2 clinical pharmacists, a social prescriber and 2 physiotherapists. We are supported by an experienced administrative team which includes the Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, Reception Manager, Prescription Clerk and a team streamlining workflow for clinicians.
Our computer systems are Emis and Docman. Our CQC rating was good in all areas. We are part of New Malden and Worcester Park PCN, a proactive PCN working closely with local practices in developing new roles and services.
