Background -
This is a wonderful new opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced GP to join a passionate, caring and forward-thinking team at a wonderful practice in Basingstoke. This surgery is made up of a fantastic multi-disciplined team that offers patients the opportunity to see the right clinician at the right time, whilst allowing GPs specifically to focus on what they are required for. This practice has excellent leadership in place, offering GPs the chance to pursue any specialist interests and clinical progression possible. Working alongside a number of GPs, as well as ANPs, Paramedics and Pharmacists this practice has created an excellent workload balance for clinicians, avoiding too much admin for any one person which streamlines day to day activities. Backroom staff help to make a massive difference to GP workload as well - this is VERY much a team unit!

Salary - £11,000 - £11,875 per session + indemnity + 6 weeks' leave + study leave + health insurance

Your role -
Salaried GP working 4-8 sessions per week - flexible as to days for the right person
Flexibility and support within the day to day of the role
13 patient contacts per session
15-minute appointments and mostly face-to-face
Very manageable duty clinics
Minimal to no home-visits
Patient-centric; peripheral tasks minimised so that you can focus on patient care
