Strong management in place who have embraced the unique nature of working in their part of North Somerset, resulting in phenomenal patient feedback. For newly qualified GPs, there is support in pursuing the Newly Qualified GP Fellowship Programme and the unrivalled offer of a second Fellowship session within the wider PCN, providing you work five clinical sessions. One recent example is a newly qualified GP doing a session studying green and sustainable practice.
