The Clinical Lead will be responsible for supporting the Practice Manager in the delivery of patient care. As well has having your own caseload and seeing patients you will be responsible for the supervision of other clinical staff members including undertaking 1 to 1 meetings, appraisals, undertaking audits, attend meetings and supporting the Clinical and Non Clinical team with a range of different issues which occur in the day to day running of a general Practice Team.Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust provides 8 well established GP practices across Hull & East Riding. The post-holder will work with clinical colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are provided for all registered and temporary patients.
