More about the position:
8,100 patient practice in rural Oxfordshire
Main surgery at Bloxham with branch surgery at Hook Norton
CQC rating “Good”
High QOF achievers due to our efficient admin support team
Training practice for GP’s, Medical Students & Nurse Students
Low frequency of home visits as supported by Early Visiting Service
Part of the North Oxfordshire Rural Alliance (NORA) PCN group with expanding team which includes for our practice Physician Associate, Clinical Pharmacist, Social Prescribers, First Contact Physiotherapist, MIND worker, Paramedic, & Care Co-ordinator
Workflow optimisation for data team, reduced admin for GP’s
Fully set up for home working if necessary, including cloud-based telephone system integrated with Emis.
On-site dispensary using EPS
Emis Web clinical system, Docman 10, Accurx, Engage, Lexacom
Full complement of secretaries who oversee all dictation, insurance reports, solicitors’ reports.
Face-to-face and telephone triage systems available to patients
Enhanced hours as part of our NORA network of practices
1 private care home located at the end of our driveway for which we provide a weekly on-site clinic with limited number of patients.
Nurse-led chronic disease clinics.
Continued personal development support.
