The RoleAre you a security professional who can take responsibility for the safety and security of our property, team members and guests and build valuable stakeholder relationships while always maintaining a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer service? As Team Leader, you will ensure that we are safeguarding the hotel as well as our guests and staff, whilst providing a consistently high level of guest service. You will report to the Cluster Security Manager and will deal with any issue in his/her absence ; You will supervise the general day to day operation and all team members reporting to you in that they carry out regular floor walks of the Hotel in order to identify, report and deal with, any situations which could compromise security; You will maintain professional and courteous presence in the hotels public areas and will build and maintain co-operative working relationships with the team as well as other key stakeholders such as the local police.
