This is an opportunity to be part of its early-stage expansion across the UK, Europe, the US, and beyond.Based in Coventry, the role entails the implementation of ISO26262 (pt.6) and its interpretation within EV platforms to align with ISO26262 guidelines, ensuring safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct periodic reviews, status meetings, and audits to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 functional guidelinesCollaborate closely with Program, Functional Safety, and software teams to refine TSC SW-related functional safety requirements into high-level and low-level designs and testsSupport EV platform-related software testing teams in deriving safety-related test cases and documenting test reports for software validation, integration tests, and unit testsAnalyze functional safety post-software modifications, reported failures, and work with PFSM to suggest safety solutionsRequirements:Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent demonstrable experienceMinimum 4 years (or demonstrable experience) in software development, including software requirement specification, architecture specification, low-level design specification, and relevant testsIn-depth knowledge of ISO 26262, part 6Level 2 safety reviewer responsible for monitoring and evaluating software implementation by software teamsProficiency in programming using (C/C++)Specific knowledge in software development for ASIL requirementsExperience in software test specifications for PIL/HIL/SIL testsExperience in AUTOSAR software development for modelling and integrationStrong analytical, strategic, and conceptual competenceEntrepreneurial thinking and actingAbility to work in a cross-functional teamExcellent communication skillsProficient in the English languageILR to live and work in the UK
