Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel is our largest hotel with 1023 rooms and is a very busy operation.Under the support and guidance of the relevant Senior Manager, you'll perform Head of Department duties connected to all Safety & Security services to our guests, employees, visitors, their belongings and all hotel assets. strong relationships with relevant civil authorities and law enforcement and be main point of contact for the Police, law enforcement agencies, local authorities & government agencies (such as the EHO)Assist with any VIP reconnaissance and fact finding dutiesEnsure that the staff entrance procedures are maintained at all times, including staff bag searchesEnsure that the Security Officers patrol the hotel in its entirety at least once per shift (twice per team) and report any irregularities and breachesCoordinate any emergency and evacuation proceduresEnsure that the hotel crisis management plan is updated monthlyProvide regular training to HODs on the hotel's emergency evacuation proceduresAssist and deliver the implementation of inspection programsRevise departmental SOPs as necessaryTo maintain and monitor the provision of information required by the CCTV operatorOversee team members dealing with valuables / lost property / or guest room safes and ensure that all property is audited weeklyAttend internal/external meeting where necessary and chair the health and safety committeeRenowned for creating memorable moments, Park Plaza caters to both leisure and business travellers with stylish guest rooms and versatile meeting facilities which are perfectly complemented by award-winning restaurants and bars.Park Plaza.
