Leaders in Care are partnered with a local council rated Outstanding with Ofsted based in a beautiful part of South East England filled with open greenspaces, large parks, and great transport links. You will form part of the Child Protection team and join a small team of experienced social workers where you will feel welcomed and supported from day one. Having partnered with this local council for several years there is a long-term management team who are known to go out of their way to support and make the best decisions in the most efficient way giving you a clear path of what needs to be done.
You will also take advantage of a hybrid working schedule allowing you time to work from your home setting and be able to make the most of a manageable caseload which will allow you more time to focus on service users. For anyone experiencing burnout or a high caseload and feeling that there is an unmanageable schedule, this would be the perfect opportunity for you to find that work-life balance as well as provide exceptional service.
