Job DescriptionDevelop and implement robust safeguarding policies and proceduresProvide training to staff on safeguarding issues and proceduresEnsure compliance with all safeguarding legislation and guidelinesHandle any safeguarding incidents in accordance with company policiesLiaise with external agencies regarding safeguarding mattersRegularly review and update safeguarding policiesCreate a culture of safety and welfare throughout the companyReport regularly to senior management on safeguarding issues The Successful Applicant A successful Safeguarding Manager should have:An in-depth understanding of safeguarding legislation and guidelinesProven experience in managing safeguarding in a related industryStrong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholdersThe ability to provide training and promote awareness on safeguarding issuesExperience in handling safeguarding incidents What's on OfferA vibrant working environment in the heart of LondonOpportunity to make a real difference in the NFP sector.A 3 year contract, with an ASAP start.
