Safeguarding and Health & Safety Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a Safeguarding and Health & Safety Manager who will be required to oversee and ensure the implementation of effective safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures, providing a safe learning and working environment for all employees and learners.  You will be required to lead on all aspects of policy and procedure concerning safeguarding.

Location: Home Based on national travel to centres as required

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have:

• Recent experience and knowledge of post-16 safeguarding and Equality Diversity and Inclusion legislation.


• Level 3 adult safeguarding certificate or equivalent


• At least 3 years of previous management experience in a Health & Safety role


• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent


• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations


• Good IT skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Driving licence and use of a car
