The service you will work in….
Hestia is the largest provider of support to potential victims of trafficking in the UK. It is a dynamic service celebrating innovation and high engagement from service users.
Safe House Advocates provide a high-quality emotional and practical frontline support to residents who may have experienced trafficking and modern slavery, including sexual and criminal exploitation, domestic servitude, and other forms of exploitation. Residents may have moved to a safe house to escape a danger area or a perpetrator, and we work to ensure that they feel safe and protected in the service.
A day in this role looks like….
As a SafeHouse Outreach Advocate at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Modern Slavery Response Service. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.
Due to the nature of the role, this post is open to male applicants only (exempt under the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9, Part 1).
