The Representative will contribute to a developing and passionate team, which is acutely focused on completing the

journey for accounts. Preferred candidates have an appreciation for the significance of Annual Recurring Revenue and associated metrics.The ideal person will be an exceptional team player, as close alignment with field Account Executives and Customer Success Managers (CSM) is critical to success. The Representative, however, must also close sales opportunities on an independent basis. This is an inside selling position; telephone, video conference and email are the primary modes of customer and partner communication.How you will make an impact:• Proactively maintain consistent customer engagement throughout the renewal sales cycle.• Manage the renewal process, including scope of current and future environment, from opportunity to invoice, ensuring accurate record keeping in CRM systems.• Identify and close upsell/cross-sell deals during the renewal engagement; maintain opportunities for these transactions, improving customer value.• Coordinate renewal activity with assigned CSM, Partners and Distributors; develop successful working relationship based on geographic alignment.• Demonstrate an excellent ability to diffuse difficult situations, build a clear path to resolution with owners and dates, and secure agreement from internal and external customers to deliver.• Communicate and follow-up optimally with customers to understand their needs and ensure their continued happiness with our SaaS and Subscription products.• Support the development of new processes with leadership, willing to take risks within goal-oriented framework.What you need to be ready:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• At least 4 years’ renewal sales or inside sales experience• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving renewal goals.• An energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue with ability to drive high transaction volume• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills and sound negotiation skills• Individual should be comfortable selling in a team environment with responsibilities for accurate forecasting• Deep understanding of customer retention strategies and best practices• Must be fluent in English and German language skills both written and verbal to business level. Skills and experience that will set you apart:• Sales and Renewals experience gained within a software and or SaaS business• Experience with Salesforce CRMYou’ll love working here because:• We offer an attractive compensation package• Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)• Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing• An all-embracing company culture, an opportunity to join our Employee Resource GroupsHere’s how we are working:• Remote / Hybrid work environment – we have an office based in Reading where we would like the successful person to visit once a month for Team Meetings etc, but we’re looking for the best talent so are open to candidates from further afield; we can be flexible. Join us in shaping the future of cyber resilience – where your skills, innovation, and passion make a real impact.
