The Role:
As a Real Estate (Agriculture) Associate, you will be at the forefront of the firm's success. Your responsibilities will include managing residential development projects, facilitating intricate transactions involving country houses, estates, and farm land, and negotiating options and leases for minerals and renewables projects.
The ideal candidate will be a NQ-2PQE UK qualified Solicitor who is able to demonstrate not only legal proficiency but also a keen commercial understanding and a nuanced appreciation for the complexities of rural property law.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Residential Development Management:
Working on residential development projects, from initial planning stages through to completion.
Transaction Facilitation:
Assisting on transactions involving country houses, estates, and farm land, navigating property acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and resolving any legal issues that may arise throughout the process.
Minerals and Renewables Negotiation:
Negotiating options and leases for minerals and renewables projects and providing strategic advice on the negotiation and structuring of agreements to maximise value and mitigate risk.
