Rural Associate Director - InvernessAn outstanding opportunity with a National Consultancy has arisen to become a key member of the Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Inverness.The team undertake the management of Rural Estates and offer a range of professional rural advice, their technical excellence ensures an impressive client base and they advise on some of the most prestigious clients in the area. The role will be a blend of Estate Management and professional working within a team.In this role you will be:Acting as principal agent for a selection of key estate management clientsUndertaking estate and farming business reviewsHandling diversification projectsAssisting clients with the promotion of strategic landSecured lending and other professional valuationsManaging and leading a high performing teamMaintaining a strong client baseAbout you:Competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience of delivering work across a range of projectsDemonstrate team leadership potential, capable of building relationships with existing and new clients and generating new opportunitiesPossess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressureGood time management and ability to prioritise workloadsAbility to meet deadlinesAccuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues and clientsConfident manner with clients and the teamFlexible approach to work and hours undertakenAn understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretionExperienceProficient in the use of Word, Excel & PowerPointPrevious experience of working to deadlinesManaging a teamBenefits:27 days annual leave (+public holidays)Life assurance at 8 x basic salaryLong Term Disability InsuranceInterest free season ticket loanPrivate GP ServiceGroup Income ProtectionEye Care VoucherPensionYour application will be dealt with in the strictest confidence by Dan Cole.
