A Rule of Tum is a group of restaurants, owned and operated by Rupert, Edwin, and Dorian – with the aim of making and serving delicious food in wonderful spaces.Founded from the desire to make and serve delicious food every day, A Rule of Tum (AROT) began in 2013 as the passion project of a few Herefordians.We are currently looking for a Digital marketing Apprentice to join our growing company where they can continue their development whilst contributing to the growth and continued success of the business.Brief Overview of the RoleAs part of a growing team, you will be providing vital support to the Directors and organisation as a whole.Specifically your role will involve:Work with the Marketing Director to develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plan to strengthen the relationship between the company and it’s valued customer base.Attend weekly Director meetingsProvide fact-checking data and analytical reportsData EntryAdhering to all aspects of GDPRGoogle AnalyticsDesired skillsProjects a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standardsDirect experience in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Demonstrates good organisation skillsPays attention to detailManages time effectively with the ability to multi-taskKeeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectivelyDemonstrates a positive attitude at all timesWorks well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a teamIs open to change with a creative approach to problem solvingQuality Focus: Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieves results with minimal supervision.
