RTA Assistant Solicitor
The Role
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s RTA Litigation it is now seeking to appoint an RTA Solicitor in either their Personal Injury RTA or Credit Hire RTA department.
The ideal candidate will have have a proven track record of handling a litigated caseload at all stages, mainly fast track matters, however there will be some experience with Multi Track/Complex Claims.
The successful Solicitor will be able to manage the caseload from inception to completion.

The Candidate
RTA Lawyer with previous experience managing a caseload from inception to completion
Knowledge of RTA Personal Injury or Credit Hire claims
Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
