nderselite are currently recruiting for aRoving Facilities Managerfor a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm. The role will involve oversight and budget management of several properties throughout the Greater London region. The position will involve some duties that can be completed from home / office but will also involve a number of days on site working across a mixture of office, retail and industrial buildings.Responsibilities of the Roving Facilities Manager will include:Delivery of a legally compliant, safe, customer focussed environmentsStakeholder interaction to maintain and grow working relationshipsCoordination and completion of property inspectionEnsuring compliance with risk management practicesHealth & Safety risk assessmentsSupplier / contractor managementSustainability management and routine reportingThe successful candidate will ideally have:Managing agent and multisite property management experienceStrong knowledge of service charge budget managementIOSH or NEBOSH qualificationMembership of a professional body such as IWFM or equivalentThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a dedicated team and to manage a number of leading mixed-use facilities and properties.
