Root Cause Analyst - Swindon - New Role
£28k - £36k + Bonus + Benefits
2/3 days a week on site in Swindon
A leadiong organisation in the Swindon area requires a Root Cause Analyst to joins its groiwng problem managment function.
Suitable candidates will be rsponsible for the folloiwng:
Analysing the root causes of incidents and identifying key trends to drive improvements.
Building and implementing action plans focused on learnings which aid the reduction of Incidents across the business.
Supporting the extraction of data from multiple sources, compiling reports and organizing cross functional meetings to create solutions that improve customer, client, and employee experiences.
Acting as the voice of the process across the business raising awareness of policies and or processes that are leading to an increase in incidents and highlighting new and emerging trends to make recommendations that support an efficient Incident Management experience.
