Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader to work as part of the management team. You'll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education. What will you be doing:Promote high standards of quality within the nurserySupport and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day dutiesDeploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.Develop open and positive working relationships with staffEnsure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carersWe are delighted to announce our official certification as a Great Place To Work, reflecting our commitment to creating a positive and thriving environment for our employees.
